“Brunswick Urgent Care was one of the first urgent care facilities in the area to switch to a paperless medical practice environment. They are thrilled with the upgrades the 3.0 version offers their patients and staff.”
Steve Ovren CEO, Connect(x) Healthware.
Brunswick Urgent Care, which opened in 2005 and serves northern Brunswick County, selected Connect(x) Healthware to address a variety of business objectives, including increasing connectivity between facilities, improved cash flow, a reduction in billing cycles and of course anytime, anywhere access to medical information and images.
The ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification program tests and certifies that EHR technology is capable of meeting the 2011/2012 criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). Since its introduction in 2009 Connect(x) HealthWare’s Chart(x) web-based EHR is a complete product complete with medical imaging capabilities (PACS), medical billing functions, as well as a host of staffing management and QA tools. Built on a scalable and distributable web platform, the Chart(x) EHR is designed for delivery via a private intranet or VPN (virtual private network), or securely over the Internet via a data center or the Cloud.
In March of this year, Connect(x) Healthware’s Chart (x) 3.0 HER received ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification.
